Order Processing Time

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise stated for out-of-stock or customized items, orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

To provide competitive prices and efficient delivery, TOP JIMNY ships products from multiple warehouses located in China and the EU. The shipping location may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Delivery Time

All products purchased from TOP JIMNY are expected to arrive within 30 business days (excluding remote areas and exceptional circumstances).

Most international orders are delivered within:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days for most countries

  • Remote Areas or Special Locations: May require additional delivery time

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Remote Area Surcharge

If your shipping address is located in a remote area, an additional remote area shipping surcharge may apply.

Our customer service team will contact you if additional shipping costs are required and will work with you to find the most suitable shipping solution.

Examples of remote areas may include certain regions such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and other remote locations.

Military Addresses

In most cases, we are unable to ship to military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

International courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT may also have restrictions on deliveries to these addresses.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For some EU countries, TOP JIMNY may use tax-inclusive or special shipping channels where available. The declared value of shipments may not reflect the actual purchase value.

Customers are responsible for cooperating with local customs authorities when required. If customs requests additional documents, information, or payment of duties and taxes, customers must complete the necessary procedures.

TOP JIMNY is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by the customer's failure to complete customs clearance requirements.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations and possible taxes before placing an order.

After your package arrives at customs, we will provide reasonable assistance and necessary shipping documents whenever possible. However, the customer remains responsible for completing customs clearance.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

Once the carrier confirms that your package has been delivered to the provided shipping address, TOP JIMNY's responsibility for the shipment is considered fulfilled.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier or local delivery service for assistance.

TOP JIMNY is unable to resend or refund orders that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If the carrier has attempted delivery multiple times but the package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and arranging delivery.

If a package is returned to TOP JIMNY due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping costs may apply and refunds may not be available.

Countries with Extended Delivery Times

Due to limitations in local postal services, deliveries to some countries, including Colombia and South Africa, may require 60 days or longer.

Express Shipping Upgrade

If you need your order faster, please contact our customer support team before or after placing your order to request an express shipping upgrade.

Available express services may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other international courier services.

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and package details.
